(SOLON) - Solon police say a drunk 18-year-old sped past them at 140 mph in a 60 mph zone, then crashed his car.
Artur Pakis is accused of blowing a .091 on a breath test after being arrested on Route 91 at 3:12 last Sunday morning. Police chased him from US 422 after spotting him driving 80 mph over the speed limit minutes earlier.
Pakis, of Mayfield Heights, faces several charges, including OVI, reckless operation, failure to control and speeding.
