Westlake- Police have arrested a 42-year-old Cleveland man on a charge of voyeurism.
According to a news release issued by the department, Jeffrey Brennan is suspected of taking cellphone pictures "from the ground up" of a victim inside a Main Street store on April 10th.
Investigators say he also was known to have been in other stores, and there may be more victims, based on photos recovered from his cellphone on that date.
Brennan is a registered sexually oriented offender, currently on probation with Berea Municipal Court for a telecommunications harassment conviction.
Brennan is out on bond, with the condition that he is not allowed on the premises of Crocker Park.
