(ELYRIA) - The Lorain County Sheriff's Office says there were no signs of trauma to the body of 29-year-old Naomi Caulfield, which was found yesterday by a dog-walker alongside Old Fowl Road near the Elyria and Elyria Township border. Her cause of death has not been determined.
Caulfield had a history of run-ins with Lorain County law enforcement, and was convicted of a number of drug and heroin trafficking-related offenses. She spent time in prison as recently as last summer. At first, police said the death appeared suspicious, but did not repeat that claim in a later press release.
