CLEVELAND, OH - The near-record warm temperatures in Northeast Ohio is a perfect backdrop for the Brite Winter Fest downtown Cleveland today.
The arts and music fest on the west bank of the Flats runs from 3:00 p.m. until 2:00 a.m. 45 bands will play on six stages.
The annual event was created eight years by some Case Western Reserve University Graduate students who wanted to celebrate the cold, winter months between New Year's Eve and Saint Patrick's Day.
