(CLEVELAND) - For the 9th year in a row the Cleveland Municipal Court made arrangements to hold 22 marriage ceremonies at Tower City on Valentine's Day. Judge Lauren Moore told WTAM the tradition started when Valentine's Day fell on a Saturday, when the court was closed. Judges banded together to hold ceremonies in Tower City, and look forward to it every year. "Some of the brides walk down the grand staircase, and some we just do under a canopy," Judge Moore said.
