BOSTON (AP) — School's out today in places like New York City, Philadelphia and Boston. Airlines have scrapped thousands of flights. It's all because of a powerful, fast-moving storm that's expected to dump more than a foot of snow in parts of the Northeast. Near whiteout conditions are possible. Several flights across the country including Hopkins have been delayed or canceled. Airlines are urging people to call ahead. Photo Credit: PAUL J. RICHARDS/AFP/Getty Images
