(Akron)- An Akron man is living a free life, 20 years after he was locked up for a murder he says he didn't commit.

A Summit County judge dismissed a murder charge against Dewey Jones Thursday, citing DNA evidence that links another suspect to the murder of Neil Rankin in 1993.

Kidnapping and robbery charges against Jones were also dropped.
