(Cleveland) - Guilty of all counts.  That's the fate of 74-year old Ronald Miller who was found guilty Tuesday of trying to kill his wife, Rhoda Miller, in February of last year.

The pharmacist put a wooden shim in the throttle mechanism of his wife's 2004 Honda Civic which she crashed into a Richmond Heights storefront.  She survived.

Miller claimed the shim became lodged in his wife's engine after he tried fixing her windshield wiper.

Prosecutors claimed there was no way for the shim to be positioned in the area it was by accident.

The Millers' had been married fourteen years.  Ronald Miller was convicted of, among other things, aggravated attempted murder.  He'll be sentenced March 10.
