A study published Monday in the Journal of Neuroscience found that the brain region linked to genital touch in women is better developed in those that have more sex.
The study involved 20 women who had certain body parts stimulated while having their brains scanned to show what parts of the brain were activated.
While they say more research is needed, scientists suspect that this part of the brain gets bigger as women have more sex. It’s already known that parts of the brain get bigger the more they are used, which is known as ‘brain plasticity.’
