Its a snowy MLK Day and if you have the day off this is the prefect time to have some fun with your family out in this winter wonderland.
It goes with out saying that building a snowman is staple thing to do when the snow falls. Its a great family bonding experience that your kids will love. So bust out the carrots and go grab the extra winter hats, mitts and scarf your family are not using and go make some lasting memories with your children.
To some people the thought of shoveling can be such a pain and incredibly tedious, but to some they find it quite soothing especially if you have a snow blower it can be a quick, simple chore. But its also a great way to make a quick buck. Go around your neighborhood and offer your services to your neighbors for a reasonable price and they will be incredibly great full.
Other than having to shovel we have all had our vehicles stuck in the snow at one point or another and we all know how much of a pain that can be, and if it wasn't for the kindness of others we would stay stuck in the snow. So if you see someone car stuck go be a good neighbor and offer to help them.
And of course we can not forget about sledding. Another stapled snow day event you can do with your friends and family. If you have a good hill where you live go bust out the sled or inner tube from your garage and go have some fun.
