James and Jennifer Crumbley, the parents of 15-year-old Ethan Crumbley, appeared in court on Tuesday on four counts of involuntary manslaughter. The parents will stand trial for allegedly providing Ethan access to a gun prior to the Oxford High School shooting on November 30th.
Days after the shooting, they were found in a vacant Detroit building and arrested on pending warrants, after previously withdrawing $4,000. The parents pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier this month, and could next appear in court in February while being held on $500,000 bond, each.
Ethan has pleaded not guilty on 24 charges including four counts of first-degree murder and terrorism.
