Trump VS Biden
Newt Gingrich, former Speaker of the House and 2012 presidential candidate joined me on the show to talk politics and the race for the White House. Newt is a Fox News contributor and author of thirty-six books, including fifteen New York Times bestsellers. Through Gingrich Productions, he has also produced and hosted documentary films. Recent films include The First American and Nine Days that Changed the World. I always learn something from the former Speaker.
In his new book, “Trump and The American Future”, Mr. Gingrich says the 2020 election will be a decisive choice for America, especially as we emerge from the coronavirus crisis. Will the American people choose four more years of President Trump to lead us back to strong economic growth, a foreign and trade policy of putting American interests first, dismantling the deep state, and dramatically reforming the bureaucracies? Or will they reject Trumpism and elect the radical Democratic policies of big government, globalism, and socialist policies that Joe Biden represents? Not since the election of 1964 has the choice in an election been so stark.

PLEASE COME BACK TO WORK
I’ve heard from many business owners that they are having a problem staffing jobs. In other words, some people don’t want to go back to work. Maybe because of Covid-19 but another reason is some people are making more on unemployment with the federal bonus. The state of Ohio is looking at ways to kick people off unemployment if there job is now available.
Gabe Abshire is the CEO of Utility Concierge and is hearing from many clients they can’t find people to work.
According to the Hollywood Reporter, Michael Keaton is in talks to reprise the role of the Caped Crusader in a Tim Burton directed film. I thought Keaton was a great Batman in 1989’s Batman and Batman Returns in 1992. I also loved him in Birdman. FYI, Lewis Wilson first played Batman in 1943. Can we agree Adam West is Batman and all the others have just played Batman.
Yes a hot topic now is the sin and history of slavery but has it ended? The UN’s International Labour Organization (ILO) and Walk Free Foundation estimate that 40.3 million people are living in some form of modern slavery.
