The Browns are staying in-house for their next head coach.  ESPN reports they are promoting offensive coordinator Freddie Kitchens, who was elevated from running backs coach in midseason after the firing of Hue Jackson and Todd Haley.  Interim coach and defensive coordinator Gregg Williams was let go.
