Ohio State Poaches A Second Coach From That Team Up North

The Ohio State Buckeyes have hired another coach away from their arch rivals for the second time in two days.

Head coach Ryan Day announced yesterday the hiring of former Michigan assistant Al Washington as the Buckeyes new linebackers coach.

Washington has an Ohio pedigree having grown up in Columbus and graduated from Bishop Watterson High School.

Washington played at Boston College at the same time Day was a graduate assistant, and before working at Michigan, he was the defensive line coach for Luke Fickell at Cincinnati.
