'America's Dad,' Bill Cosby hit the legal lottery Wednesday when the Pennsylvania Supreme Court overturned Cosby's 2018 sexual assault conviction.
The 83-year old Cosby served two more than two years of a ten year sentence at a state prison near Philadelphia.
The state's high court set Cosby free after his attorneys argued that his trial was biased because it allowed past alleged sexual assaults to be presented.
Cosby was convicted for the 2004 assault of Andrea Constand who was an employee of Temple University at the time.
