Organizers of the Tokyo Summer Olympics are handing out 150,000 condoms for the games which get underway in July.
Organizers, however, want participants of the games to take the condoms home rather than use them in the Olympic Village.
Organizers are enforcing strict social distancing measures amid the continued COVID pandemic.
Condoms have been regularly dished out to Olympic athletes in the village since the 1988 Olympiad in Seoul, South Korea.
