Brandon Mitchell served on the jury that convicted former Minneapolis cop Derek Chauvin last month for the death of George Floyd.
Now questions are being raised as to whether Mitchell may have jeopardized Chauvin's verdict.
Turns out, Mitchell attended a rally last August in Washington D.C. where several of Floyd's family members spoke.
The 31-year old Mitchell was also wearing a tee shirt which read 'Get Your Knee Off Our Necks/BLM.'
The issue: Mitchell answered 'no' during questioning in selection of the jury as to whether he attended any protests for George Floyd.
