A former Virginia Tech womens' soccer player is suing her former coach looking to play for the school once again.
Kiersten Henning says she was benched by coach Charles Adair because she refused to kneel for the National Anthem.
Henning also says Adair subjected her to repeated verbal abuse, forcing her off the team.
Henning's suit claims her First and Fourteenth Amendment rights were violated by Coach Adair's actions.
