Guilty across the board! A jury in Minneapolis Tuesday afternoon convicted former Minneapolis Police Officer Derek Chauvin of all three counts in the May, 2020 death of George Floyd.
There was no apparent reaction from Chauvin as the verdicts were read by Hennepin County Judge Peter Cahill.
Chauvin was convicted of second degree unintentional murder, third degree murder and second degree manslaughter.
Chauvin faces 40-years in prison on the most severe charge alone.
He was led out of the courtroom in handcuffs by sheriff's deputies.
