There is diversity training going on at the Coca-Cola company and it centers on employees educating them on how to 'be less white.'
The training includes a number of slides, one of which claims that in the U.S. and other Western nations, white people are socialized to feel that they are inherently superior because they are white and that by the age of 3 to 4, children understand that it is better to be white.
Another slide in the training course reads 'Be less oppressive, be less arrogant, be less certain, be less ignorant and be more humble.'
The training urges white employees to break with apathy, and break with white solidarity' in the effort to be less white. WATCH VIDEO!
