Bart Avery, owner of Bravery Brewery in Lancaster, California, says an L.A. County Health Inspector took to dancing after telling a bar employee they had to close the morning of the Super Bowl.
The health inspector told the employee they were in violation of health guidelines since they had no food truck and were shut down ahead of the big game.
Turns out, the bar was not violating any rules since it was only pouring draft beer to go. One of the inspector's supervisors called and apologized to Avery the next day.
