Legendary radio broadcaster Rush Limbaugh, who is undergoing treatment for Stage-4 lung cancer, has suffered a bit of a set back during his treatment.
Limbaugh told listeners Monday afternoon that the cancer has progressed. Limbaugh says scans of his lungs last week showed the development, this after previous scans showed the cancer had been dormant, according to Rush.
Limbaugh says his treatment plan has been 'tweaked' with hopes of keeping the progression of the cancer at bay or even see a reduction in the cancer.
Rush says he remains positive in light of the news and he thanks his listening audience for all of the thoughts and prayers sent his way during this time.
