Three activists with Black Lives Matter have now been hit with criminal charges stemming from incidents that played out September 8 in Pittsburgh.
The trio is accused of harassing elderly diners who were dining outside at a Pittsburgh restaurant.
Suspect Monique Craft can be seen on video chugging one of the diner's beers.
The suspects then, including two men, Shawn Green and Kenneth McDowell, then confronted the manager of a nearby fast food restaurant with one of them screaming obscenities with a bullhorn.
Craft is charged with unlawful taking and disorderly conduct.
McDowell is charged with possessing instruments of crime, disorderly conduct and harassment.
Green's charges include criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
