Police in New York City have taken a man into custody, a suspect who senselessly shoved a 92 year old woman to the ground as he walked passed her last Friday in the city's Gramercy Park neighborhood.
The helpless woman was pushing a cart and walking toward 31-year old Rashid Brimmage when he shoved her. She fell to the ground and struck her head on a fire hydrant.
The victim, a retired school teacher, was treated and released from a local hospital. Brimmage has 100 arrests on his record. He's charged with assaulting an elderly person.
