The seventeen year old boy from Olmsted Falls who was arrested for rioting in Downtown Cleveland May 30 has pleaded not guilty to a number of charges against him.
The boy made an appearance Monday in Cuyahoga County Juvenile Court where he pleaded not guilty to aggravated rioting, vandalism and inciting violence, all of which are felonies.
The boy was arrested around 5:30 Saturday afternoon by the U.S. Marshals and the Northern Ohio Violent Fugitive Task Force.
