NASA astronauts are poised to lift off from U.S. soil for the first time since 2011.
The SpaceX Falcon 9 rocket and crew are set to liftoff from the Kennedy Space Center in Florida at 4:33 this afternoon.
Astronauts Doug Hurley and Bob Behnken will head skyward for a mission to the International Space Station.
This launch marks the first time a private company, rather than the government, sends astronauts into orbit.
