A police chief in the small Massachusetts town of Stow is facing charges he tried to meet a 14 year old boy for sex.
Chief Ralph Marino is off the job after he was caught on video trying to meet up with his potential victim last week after sending the child sexually explicit message.
Police say the 63-year old Marino began an online conversation with the boy April 11and the conversation turned sexually charged.
Turns out, the boy was not actually a local teen, rather a member of the group Predator Poachers Massachusetts which is a non-law enforcement affiliated group which catches sexual predators in online dating sites.
Marino is scheduled to be arraigned next month.
