A Chagrin Falls man will give up thousands of dollars to end a virus-related price gouging case.
Mario Salwan agreed this week to return $15,000 to his customers and pay $1,500 in legal fees to the state.
The Attorney General's office sued Salwan last week after learning he sold N95 masks on EBAY for twenty times their retail price.
Reports of price gouging have run rampant nationwide since the Coronavirus outbreak hit the U.S.
