The coronavirus outbreak is growing in Ohio. Governor Mike DeWine along with Ohio Department of Health Director Dr. Amy Acton confirmed there are now 564 cases of COVID-19 statewide and that the death toll has climbed to 8.
One-hundred sixty-seven of the confirmed cases lie in Cuyahoga County and the county death cases now number two. One hundred forty five people are hospitalized due to the pandemic statewide.
A stay at home ordered issued by the Governor went in to effect at 11:59 Monday night. You can still travel to the grocery store, pharmacy and other essential locations.
