A suspect hauled into court in Tennessee on a marijuana possession charge showed some guts when he decided to spark up a joint right in front of the presiding judge.
Twenty-year old Spencer Boston walked up to the podium when called, pulled a joint out of his pocket and lit up inside the courtroom.
Once he did, a court room officer scurried over and placed him in handcuffs.
Boston was charged with disorderly conduct and simple possession of drugs. He was sentenced to ten days in jail for contempt of court.
