If you are watching porn, do you need or want closed captioning? One man does.
Yaroslav Suris is suing popular adult video website Pornhub because the site does not provide closed captioning on its' videos.
Suris claims Pornhub's lack of subtitles violates the rights of the deaf and hearing impaired under the Americans With Disabilities Act.
Suris claims the deaf and hearing impaired can not understand the audio portions of the videos which ultimately denies them a crucial element of the content.
A Pornhub spokesman says the site does have a closed caption category. Suris is also seeking damages as part of his lawsuit.
