A Virginia Beach mother is coming to the aid of others. Christina Resch was producing way more milk than her baby needed so she decided to start pumping her breasts to use the excess to feed other babies.
Resch says she stepped up for moms and babies in need as she donated about 94 gallons of her own breast milk over the past year and a half.
Resch first started donating her breast milk to neighbors and then she joined the Facebook group 'Human Milk For Human Babies' where she targeted other moms in need.
Resch says her body was producing between 75 and 100 ounces of milk a day and that her baby, named Finley, was only drinking about 10 ounces of it daily.
