A 29-year old worker at a Popeye's Chicken restaurant, in Columbia, Tennessee, is facing felony aggravated assault after slamming a customer who returned to the store to complain about an order.
Deriance Ra'Shaiel Hughes is caught on camera slamming the 55-year old to the ground where she suffered a shattered elbow, a broken leg and six broken ribs.
Video shows Hughes grabbing the woman from behind and slamming her into the parking lot pavement outside the store. The victim returned to the store to complain that she was double billed for chicken tenders, corn and apple pies.
The woman was told to come back to the restaurant with a receipt in order to get a refund before the assault took place.
