If Democrats have their way, you will pay higher taxes. Democratic Presidential Candidate Joe Biden is on record claiming he wants to raise the capital gains tax to 39.6 percent up from 20 percent.
Fellow candidate Kamala Harris says she wants to repeal President Trump's tax cuts on day-1 that she takes office. Under Harris' plan, a family of four earning $73,000 would see a $2,000 tax hike annually.
New Jersey Senator and Democratic Presidential candidate Corey Booker is also on board saying he would take away Trump's toxic tax cuts which would increase the taxes of a single parent with one child who earns $41,000 a year by $1,300.
Oh, and freshman Congresswoman Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez has offered taxing incomes of 10 million dollars and above at a 70-percent rate.
