A county coroner says the shooter who killed nine people in Dayton was on cocaine.
The Montgomery County Coroner says that Connor Betts was found to have cocaine, alcohol and anti-anxiety drugs in his system and that a pipe containing cocaine was found in his pocket.
Betts was fatally shot by police about 30 seconds after he started his rampage near downtown Dayton earlier this month.
Police are still not certain of Betts' motive.
