The Fourth of July is a time for family and friends to get together and celebrate our nation's independence.
The day is marked with cook-outs from one end of the country to the other.
The American Farm Bureau Federation says the typical July 4th cook-out for ten people will set you back about $52.80 or just $5.28 a person.
The typical meal with this price includes hot dogs, burgers, ribs, potato salad, baked beans, lemonade and watermelon.
