Former Cleveland Browns Tight-End Kellen Winslow Jr. is now a convicted rapist.
A jury in Sand Diego County, California, Monday, convicted Winslow Jr. of raping a 58-year old homeless woman last year but that same jury was deadlocked on six other felony counts including the alleged rapes of two other victims but jurors did not rule out coming to agreement on those charges.
Winslow was also convicted of indecent exposure and lewd conduct, both misdemeanors.
Winslow faces upwards of 8 years locked up on the rape conviction but he could face a lengthier sentence if he is found guilty of an additional rape charge.
The Browns drafted Winslow out of Miami (Fla) with the sixth overall pick in the 2004 N-F-L Draft.
