(Cleveland) - City of Cleveland leaders as well as county leaders and civic leaders are holding a 3pm news conference on Public Square this afternoon to announce details of the 2021 NFL Draft which was awarded to Cleveland Wednesday.
Mayor Frank Jackson, Cuyahoga County Executive Armond Budish, and David Gilbert from the Greater Cleveland Sports Commission will be among the speakers during the event.
The NFL Draft festivities will likely pump at least 100 million dollars into the local economy.
The city of Nashville hosted last month's NFL Draft and saw $133,000,000 in direct spending and an estimated $224,000,000 in overall economic impact.
