The Centers for Disease Control reports Hepatitis-A infections have risen nearly 300-percent in recent years.
The C-D-C says Hepatitis-A infections soared 294-percent between 2016 and 2018 compared to the numbers from 2013 through 2015.
Hepatitis-A can be spread through sharing of needles, sex and the ingestion of food or water that has been contaminated with the feces of an infected person.
