A quick fix in in order by the city of Cleveland after a fire hydrant was improperly installed in the middle of a sidewalk on Ohio Avenue on Cleveland's west side.
A contractor working for the city's water department relocated the hydrant right in the middle of new concrete on a sidewalk about 18 inches from where it previously stood.
This isn't the only fire hydrant in the neighborhood in a sidewalk. There is one in older concrete about 100 yards away. The city hopes to have both relocated sometime this week.
