New England Patriots owner Robert Kraft will reportedly reject a plea deal for his role in a prostitution case in Jupiter, Florida.
Kraft is accused of paying for sex acts at the Orchids of Asia Day Spa on two separate occasions, one of them taking place the morning of the AFC Championship game.
Kraft faces two misdemeanor solicitation charges.
If Kraft accepted the deal, the charges would be dropped. He would then receive community service, have to take a prostitution education course and be screened for STD's.
