Washington - President Trump says the partial, government shut-down is over. Trump says terms ave been reached on a spending deal ending the shut-down which has affected some 800,000 government workers who have missed two pay checks over the past 35 days.
Furloughed, government employees will get all pay that they have missed. he impasse has been driven by President Trump's desire to build a wall on the southern border with Mexico, the funding of which is the key issue between Democrats and Republicans.
The President said crime can go down by a massive percentage if 'we have great security on our southern border.' Trump said 'It's just common sense. Walls work!'
