The Liberty Elementary School District near Phoenix is being sued for 2.5 million dollars by parents of a sixth grader who claims the boy's teacher used a school app to lure their son for sex.
Brittany Zamora has been charged with is accused of sexual misconduct with the 13 year old in Goodyear.
The boy's family says the school principal and Zamora's husband knew of the relationship and could have prevented the assault.
Zamora's husband is also named in the suit. Brittany Zamora has been locked up since the criminal case developed.
