Cleveland will get its' first so-called cat cafe next month. The affoGato Cat Cafe will open in the Tremont neighborhood, offering visitors space to eat and drink while watching cats play in a separate room before stepping in to interact with the felines. The owners say many of the cats can be adopted through the Animal Protective League.
