A Brunswick man will remain on Ohio's death row for killing his own mother. The Ohio Supreme Court has upheld James Tench's conviction and death sentence, citing overwhelming evidence of guilt. Tench was sentenced to die in 2013 for beating 55-year old Mary Tench to death during an argument over a stolen credit card.
