A Florida couple is likely still stunned by what their son gave them for Christmas. Brady Singer got a four and a quarter million dollar bonus when he signed with the Kansas City Royals last summer after winding up his career at Florida as the best player in college baseball.
The first round draft choice has used some of that money to pay off all of his parents debts. In a letter to his mom and dad, Singer wrote, "Thank you for everything you've done to help me reach my dreams."
The right hander with a 95 mile an hour fastball signed off with, "Your giving hearts helped to shape my tiny dream into a reality."
