An N-F-L official has been placed on 'administrative leave' following a verbal dispute with Buffalo Bills Defensive End Jerry Hughes following Miami's 21-17 win over the Bills Sunday at Hard Rock Stadium.
Referee Roy Ellison allegedly called Hughes a 'bitch' and Hughes had to be pulled away from the incident by a Bills staffer. An investigation into the incident is ongoing by league officials.
This is not the first time Ellison has come under scrutiny with a player. Trent Williams of the Washington Redskin claimed Ellison called him a 'garbage-ass, disrespectful MF'er' during a game against Philadelphia in 2013.
