Northeast Ohio is not among the very best places for people to retire. U.S. News and World Report's annual study is out and it ranks the Cleveland-Akron area 58th out of the country's 100 biggest metropolitan areas. The magazine ranked communities on housing affordability, taxes, health care and overall happiness. Lancaster, Pennsylvania topped the list.
