The Pennsylvania man accused of threatening President Trump will remain behind bars. Twenty-seven year old Shawn Christy faced a judge for the first time since his arrest and had a detention hearing scheduled for next week in Akron.
Christy was taken into custody last week in Richland County's Mifflin Township after three months on the run from federal and local authorities.
Christy has been arraigned on charges including making threats against the President, interstate threats against law enforcement, and interstate threats to injure others.
