Craigslist killer Richard Beasley is taking his appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court.
The Akron man has asked the high court to overturn his death sentence, claiming Justice Patrick DeWine should not be helping decide cases his father's office helped prosecute.
Beasley was sent to death row in 2013 for the murders of three men who were chasing fake job openings on Craigslist.
